Throughout his career Jorge has honed his skills working in some of the finest restaurants of the region and country. At Mon Chef, Jorge is driven to provide each client with an individualized experience. Creating and customizing menus using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients when available, in order to meet the needs of the client and their guests. Ultimately providing an experience of having an exclusive personal chef from start to finish.
